Our label digital printing machine CPS Label combines two work steps. We have integrated digital printing units into our rotary die-cutting machine for maximum efficiency and ease of operation. From the unprinted material web to the finished die-cut product with only one machine!
- Precise and sturdy steel construction, to absorb the extremely dynamic punching forces
- Cross beam made of steel with two fine-thread spindles to transfer the punching pressure to the bearer rings
- Unwinder with double sided roll support and pneumatic tension shaft
- Side edge control with integrated cutting and gluing table
- Sensor / Light sensor for flag detection
- Slitting device with four squeezing knives
- Single-sided grating take-off
