Flexo printing machine
Flexographic printing machines of the type FD2, FD5, FD10 or FD20 are characterised by great rigidity and high individuality. Whether with blocked inking units for bar printing or with special nitrogen UV curing for pharmaceutical printing, whether designed as a servo machine or operated with a gear chain, we build your special printing machine especially designed for your application.
FD2 (central cylinder, gear driven)
This FD2 flexo printing machine, which has been proven a dozen times over, is used by our customers primarily for printing on polyamide (PA) artificial casings. A turning bar device allows simultaneous printing of the front and back side.
FD 5 (stack design, gear driven)

FD20 (stack design, gearless)
- Two times two-colour printing stand with strongly dimensioned impression cylinder ø250 mm
- 4 complete flexo rotary printing units for solvent or water based inks
- Adjustment of the printing cylinder and the anilox roller via linear guides with ball screws on operator and drive side
- Sleeve technology for cliché cylinder and anilox roller
