The flexographic printing machine FD10 as a central cylinder design from WDB Systemtechnik is characterized by the innovative solution of the blocked / tensioned printing units with high rigidity and low vibrations in bar printing. These machines are often used by our customers for printing on the finest aluminium foils or composite foils for pharmaceutical blister packaging. We also use nitrogen N2 UV drying systems to minimize migration and set-off during roll-to-roll printing.

- Printing units designed for central impression printing
- Working width adjustable according to customer request
- Extendable from 4 up to 10 printing units for water and solvent based printing colors or UV printing colors
- Gearless system, for printing cylinder and anilox roller
- Sleeve technology for cliché cylinder and anilox roller
- Open or closed chamber blade system
- Double bearing supported rollers and cylinders
- Winding and unwinding upon customer request from mono up to turret winding systems
- Easy sleeve replacement of the printing cylinder without disassembling
- PLC and Drive Equipment available upon customer request
- Turning Device for front- and backside printing in one production step
- Available Drying Systems: Warm Air, UV or IR
